  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together honey, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
