- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice into strips.
- Add honey and crushed red pepper flakes to the skillet, stir well, then pour in heavy cream while stirring until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For milder heat, start with 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes; adjust to taste. To save time, cook chicken and pasta simultaneously.
