- 1 package of fudge brownie mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
- Cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, then pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Once the brownie layer has cooled slightly, pour the cream cheese mixture on top and spread evenly.
- Bake the cheesecake layer for an additional 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely in the pan.
- Spread sour cream on top, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and cherries.
Notes
For an extra twist, mix in crushed nuts or cookies in the brownie batter. Refrigerate leftovers for 4-5 days, or freeze individual slices for 2-3 months.
