Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, then pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Once the brownie layer has cooled slightly, pour the cream cheese mixture on top and spread evenly.
  5. Bake the cheesecake layer for an additional 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely in the pan.
  6. Spread sour cream on top, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
