- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth; add granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla. Mix well and add eggs, one at a time.
- Spread sliced apples in the bottom of the springform pan and pour cheesecake batter over them.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon to create a crumbly topping.
- Sprinkle the crisp topping over the cheesecake batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
