Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and crunchy apple crisp, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth; add granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla. Mix well and add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Spread sliced apples in the bottom of the springform pan and pour cheesecake batter over them.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon to create a crumbly topping.
  5. Sprinkle the crisp topping over the cheesecake batter.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and be patient with the cooling time.
