- 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
- Prepare Pineapple: Drain canned pineapple or slice fresh pineapple into rings and pat dry.
- Make Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, and milk or water, whisk until smooth and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Coat Pineapple: Dip pineapple rings into the chilled batter, ensuring full coverage.
- Apply Coconut Coating: Press each batter-coated ring into the shredded coconut.
- Deep-Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry pineapple rings for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain and Serve: Remove from oil and drain on paper towels, serve warm with whipped cream or fruit dip.
Notes
