- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (freshly shredded)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to thicken the soup.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the beef broth and milk, bringing it to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for beef. Be careful not to overcook the pasta and feel free to customize with spices to suit your taste.
