- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 package ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese over medium heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and mix until fully coated.
- Stir in the cooked beef bacon and the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.
