- 1 package Gnocchi
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked gnocchi with the Bolognese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve hot.
