- 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 large Egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, almond flour, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until they’re cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the creamy sauce. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil. Allow everything to marry together before serving.
Notes
Serve drizzled with extra creamy sauce and garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese.
