- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
- Shape the Bombs: Form small portions into balls, about the size of golf balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Serve & Enjoy: Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute traditional breadcrumbs with crushed gluten-free crackers or oats. Allow cooling for better shape retention.
