Description

A true Maryland classic, these crab bombs are crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. Perfect for appetizers or snacks!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
  3. Shape the Bombs: Form small portions into balls, about the size of golf balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
