- 1 cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Place the chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably a few hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and ensure it’s well-oiled.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate for longer and use a meat thermometer to check the doneness.
