Description

A flavorful grilled chicken marinated with tangy lime, savory soy sauce, and aromatic garlic, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably a few hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and ensure it’s well-oiled.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate for longer and use a meat thermometer to check the doneness.
