- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 1 tablespoon Tamari or Soy Sauce
- â…“ cup Tamari or Soy Sauce (Divided use)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2–3 tablespoons Chili Paste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 3–4 cups Cooked Rice
- Sliced Cucumber
- Sliced Avocado
- Kimchi
- Fried Wontons
- â…“ cup Olive Oil Mayo
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, orange juice, honey, chili paste, ginger, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is roasting, combine olive oil mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl and mix well.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and serve it over a bed of cooked rice in bowls. Top with sliced cucumbers, avocado, kimchi, and fried wontons. Drizzle with Yum Yum sauce.
