- 250 grams noodles
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Vegetables (optional, e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, or carrots)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the chicken to the pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to combine. Add in the noodles and toss until well coated, adding vegetables if desired.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
Notes
Sauté garlic until just fragrant to avoid bitterness. Adjust sauce consistency with cornstarch as needed.
