Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with a spicy jalapeno and creamy cheese mixture, perfect for any snack or party.


Ingredients

  • 4 Jalapenos, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 10 Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped jalapenos and cream cheese until well mixed.
  3. Place a spoonful of the jalapeno and cream cheese mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, leaving space at the edges.
  4. Fold the wrapper according to package instructions, sealing the edges with water.
  5. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving warm.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the egg rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
