- 4 Jalapenos, chopped
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 10 Egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped jalapenos and cream cheese until well mixed.
- Place a spoonful of the jalapeno and cream cheese mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold the wrapper according to package instructions, sealing the edges with water.
- Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider baking the egg rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
