- 1 cup crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed crackers, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- If desired, brush BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
