Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed crackers (or breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed crackers, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
