Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and chopped jalapeños in a large bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls or poppers.
- Dip each popper into beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry poppers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your chosen creamy dip.
Notes
For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken. Adjust jalapeños based on spice preference.
