Ingredients

  • 23 jalapeños, finely chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and chopped jalapeños in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls or poppers.
  4. Dip each popper into beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until coated.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry poppers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
