- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a simpler dish, omit garnishes. Serve immediately for the best texture.
