Description

A delicious and healthy twist on a classic vegetable side dish, featuring spicy gochujang for a taste explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a simpler dish, omit garnishes. Serve immediately for the best texture.
