Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions (about 15-20 minutes).
- Grill or sauté the marinated flank steak over medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
- Sauté the bell peppers and carrots in the same pan until tender but still crunchy (about 5 minutes).
- Assemble the bowl by layering cooked rice, sliced steak, and sautéed veggies. Drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
