- 2 tbsp Sriracha or gochujang

Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 4-6 minutes per side until done.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Mix cream with Sriracha or gochujang to make the spicy cream sauce.
- Assemble bowls with layers of cooked rice, fresh vegetables, and sliced steak.
- Drizzle with spicy cream sauce and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
