Description

A delightful fusion of flavors with tender marinated flank steak, perfectly cooked rice, and vibrant fresh vegetables, all drizzled with a spicy cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or gochujang
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 4-6 minutes per side until done.
  3. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  4. Mix cream with Sriracha or gochujang to make the spicy cream sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with layers of cooked rice, fresh vegetables, and sliced steak.
  6. Drizzle with spicy cream sauce and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Let the steak rest after cooking for juicier slices.
