- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook for about 10-12 minutes until al dente.
- Stir in ricotta cheese until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot in bowls with shredded mozzarella cheese and fresh basil on top.
