- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce or puree
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then pour over the cooled crust.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top.
- Add another layer of the cream cheese mixture, then more strawberries.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled.
