Description

A delightful layered dessert combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with fresh strawberries, creating a refreshing treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce or puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then pour over the cooled crust.
  6. Layer sliced strawberries on top.
  7. Add another layer of the cream cheese mixture, then more strawberries.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped cream and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Serve chilled.
