Instructions
- If making a crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth and well combined.
- Carefully add the blueberries to the mixture, making sure not to crush them too much.
- Pour the mousse mixture over the crust in the cake pan or serve directly in cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
