Description

A rich and creamy dish combining cheesy tortellini with succulent chicken enveloped in a zesty Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini and chicken back into the skillet, stirring to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use fresh ingredients and adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preference.
