Description

Loaded fries are the ultimate comfort food, featuring crispy fries topped with cheesy goodness, bacon bits, and creamy sour cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup pre-cooked bacon bits
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen fries.
  2. Spread the frozen fries out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits over the top.
  4. Return the fries to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle sour cream on top and garnish with chopped green onions. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid soggy fries by baking in a single layer. You can customize toppings as desired.
