Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
