Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well-combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, dampening hands if necessary to prevent sticking.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
