Description

Delicious sliders featuring tender chicken glazed with maple syrup and Dijon mustard, complemented by crispy bacon and fresh arugula.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Brush the chicken with the maple syrup mixture and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken into thin pieces.
  8. Assemble the sliders with arugula, chicken, and bacon, then top with the other half of the bun.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
