- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 slider buns
- 1 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Brush the chicken with the maple syrup mixture and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin pieces.
- Assemble the sliders with arugula, chicken, and bacon, then top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
