- Prepare Tzatziki: While the steak marinates, mix the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Chill it in the fridge to let the flavors meld.
- Make the Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. This light dressing will add brightness to the dish.
