Description

Crispy, golden cubes of potato seasoned with a blend of spices, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil and all the spices.
  4. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
