These Million Dollar Bacon Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on the classic appetizer with creamy yolks, crispy bacon, and a hint of tanginess.

- 6 large eggs
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Hard Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover them with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 9-12 minutes.
- Cool the Eggs: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop cooking. Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
- Peel and Cut: Once cooled, gently peel and cut each egg in half lengthwise.
- Make the Filling: Scoop out yolks into a bowl, mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, crumbled bacon, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped chives or parsley and serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add some sour cream to the filling. Adjust seasoning to taste.
