Description

These Million Dollar Bacon Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on the classic appetizer with creamy yolks, crispy bacon, and a hint of tanginess.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover them with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 9-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the Eggs: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop cooking. Let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Peel and Cut: Once cooled, gently peel and cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  4. Make the Filling: Scoop out yolks into a bowl, mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, crumbled bacon, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped chives or parsley and serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add some sour cream to the filling. Adjust seasoning to taste.
