Description

Festive mini cheesecakes with a rich, creamy texture and a crunchy graham cracker crust, topped with colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Colorful sprinkles for topping
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  5. Place mini cupcake liners in a cupcake tin and fill each liner with a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs, distributing evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until just set in the center.
  8. Let cool completely and then refrigerate for at least two hours.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding peppermint extract or mixing in crushed candy canes. Allowing to chill overnight enhances flavor.
