- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Colorful sprinkles for topping
- Mini cupcake liners
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Place mini cupcake liners in a cupcake tin and fill each liner with a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs, distributing evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until just set in the center.
- Let cool completely and then refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding peppermint extract or mixing in crushed candy canes. Allowing to chill overnight enhances flavor.
