Description

Delightful, fluffy Mini German Pancakes that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for greasing the pan)
  • Toppings (fruits, syrup, powdered sugar, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Place the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and melt it in the preheated oven.
