Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and free of lumps.
- Place the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and melt it in the preheated oven.
- Once the butter has melted, carefully pour the batter over the butter in the dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the pancakes are puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with your favorite toppings.
