- 8 oz white chocolate
- Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Crush the Mint Oreos: Place Mint Oreos in a resealable plastic bag and smash them until coarsely crushed. Set aside.
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Add Color (if desired): If desired, mix in a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate.
- Fold in the Oreos: Gently fold the crushed Mint Oreos into the melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Spread the Mixture: Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about a half-inch thickness.
- Add Toppings: Before it sets, sprinkle crushed Oreos and sprinkles on top.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set, then break into pieces for serving.
