Description

A delightful dessert featuring a soft chocolaty roll filled with rich whipped cream, crunchy Oreos, and colorful M&M’s.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for filling)
  • Chocolate sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix until combined.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in crushed Oreos and M&M’s.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared jelly roll pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and roll the cake in a clean kitchen towel while warm.
  10. Let it cool completely in the towel.
  11. Unroll the cake gently, spread whipped cream, and roll it back up tightly.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
  13. Slice and drizzle chocolate sauce on top to serve.
