- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1 cup whipped cream (for filling)
- Chocolate sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Pour in the vegetable oil and mix until combined.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and M&M’s.
- Pour batter into the prepared jelly roll pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and roll the cake in a clean kitchen towel while warm.
- Let it cool completely in the towel.
- Unroll the cake gently, spread whipped cream, and roll it back up tightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
- Slice and drizzle chocolate sauce on top to serve.

Serve chilled for the best presentation and flavor. Pair with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
