Description
Bite-sized pieces of succulent steak in a rich garlic butter sauce topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce, ideal for dinner or as an hors d’oeuvre.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Top Sirloin Steak
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the top sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add steak cubes, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic, sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the garlic butter.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter and Parmesan sauce until coated. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the steak for an hour before cooking. Also, avoid overcrowding the pan for a nice sear.
