Description

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake layered with caramel, chocolate, and crunchy pecans, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a mixing bowl and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top and smooth it out.
  7. Repeat the drizzling of the caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and pecans on top.
  8. Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  9. Slice and serve cold, optionally drizzling with caramel and chocolate sauce.

Notes

Be sure to let your cream cheese soften to room temperature for a smoother texture.
