- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a mixing bowl and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top and smooth it out.
- Repeat the drizzling of the caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and pecans on top.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Slice and serve cold, optionally drizzling with caramel and chocolate sauce.
Notes
Be sure to let your cream cheese soften to room temperature for a smoother texture.
