Description

Delicious and easy to make No Bake Cookie Dough Bars that replicate the flavor and texture of classic cookie dough, made with wholesome almond and oat flours, and loaded with dark chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined square pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
