- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed peanuts (for coating)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up the mixture.
- Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the crushed peanuts until evenly coated.
- Place the coated balls on a serving tray and chill in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a variation, try using crushed graham crackers, chocolate sprinkles, or shredded coconut instead of peanuts.
