Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries on a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust and layer with sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture and more strawberries on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
