A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries on a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce (optional for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust and layer with sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture and more strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
