- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until fully mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and return to the fridge.
- Mix crushed graham crackers, sliced almonds, sugar, and melted butter in a separate bowl until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread sliced strawberries over the cheesecake filling and sprinkle the crunchy topping over the strawberries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a firmer texture, chill overnight. Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
