- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 oz whipped topping (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups blueberry preserves or pie filling
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a 9×13 inch dish. Chill.
- Make the cream mixture by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture and spread over the chilled crust.
- Spread blueberry preserves over the cream layer and sprinkle fresh blueberries on top.
- Layer the remaining whipped topping over the blueberry layer and smooth it out.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries and remaining blueberries. Drizzle extra blueberry preserves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
