Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- Heat the skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil, allowing it to warm up.
- Cook the chicken: Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with spices. Cook until nearly done.
- Add the pineapple: Mix in the pineapple chunks and continue cooking until caramelized.
- Warm the tortillas: In a separate pan, warm the tortillas over low heat.
- Assemble the tacos: On each tortilla, add the chicken-pineapple mixture and top with lime juice, red onion, cilantro, avocado, and jalapeรฑo slices.
Notes
