  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until heated through.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the elbow macaroni, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover and reduce the heat, cooking for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Allow the cheese to melt before serving.
