Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until translucent.
  3. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika; cook until browned.
