Description
A quick and easy creamy pasta dish infused with rich garlic flavor, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- Pasta (your choice)
- 4–6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of milk (or cooking broth for a lighter version)
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat until it melts and starts bubbling.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and enough water or milk to cover it. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked through and the liquid reduces to create a sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider adding a splash of heavy cream or more cheese at the end. Short pasta shapes like penne or rotini work best.
