Description

A delightful mix of tender steak, zesty buffalo sauce, and creamy ranch dressing with spiraled pasta, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak strips
  • 8 ounces spiraled pasta
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, add to the skillet, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, bring water to a boil and cook the spiraled pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Drain the pasta and return it to the skillet.
  6. Pour in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, stirring to combine evenly.
  7. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix everything together.
  8. Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
