- 8 ounces spiraled pasta
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, add to the skillet, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, bring water to a boil and cook the spiraled pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the skillet.
- Pour in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, stirring to combine evenly.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and mix everything together.
- Allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
