Deliciously easy Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in chocolate and topped with festive sprinkles.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- Chocolate for melting (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes.
Notes
Chill the cream cheese for easier mixing. Don’t skip the freezing step to keep the balls from breaking apart during dipping.
