- 8 oz feta cheese
- 8 sheets phyllo pastry
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry and brush with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo and roll it up, folding in the sides to seal it.
- Repeat with remaining filling and pastry.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra chili honey if desired.
