Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grilled chicken (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add 8 ounces of pasta. Cook according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Drizzle 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing over the salad mix and toss gently until well coated.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. If desired, top the salad with grilled chicken. Serve immediately.
