Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Notes
